How to create a new User

User application helps organize users and define their access to various features and functionalities within the platform

To create a user, follow these steps: -

  1. Log in to https://itsm.pelatis.co/

  2. Navigate to User in Application Navigator

  3. Select User and update the required information

  4. Click Save

Group Management

Groups can be used to assign permissions, roles, and tasks to multiple users simultaneously.

How to create a Group

To create a group, follow these steps: -

  1. Navigate to the group in Application Navigator

  2. Select Group and update the required information

  3. Click Save

  4. By assigning roles to users or groups, you can control their access to various modules, applications, and data. Roles are usually added to the Group, and Group Members are added to the group that contains the role whenever a user is required to have any role.
