Change Management

Change Management in ITSM (IT Service Management) refers to the structured approach used by IT teams to ensure that changes to IT systems and services are implemented with minimal risk and disruption. It is one of the core processes of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework.

How to create a Change record:

  1. Navigate to the Change Application in the left navigation

  2. Click on 'Create' Change

  3. Fill the form and click on the create button

  4. A change record will be created
