Service Request Management
Service Request is a formal request from a user for something to be provided, typically a standard service or item. A Service Request is a user-initiated request for access to an IT service, information, advice, or a standard change that has been pre-approved.
How to create a new Catalog Item:
Log in to https://itsm.pelatis.co
Navigate to the Service Request application in the left navigation
Click on 'Create' Catalog
Fill the form and click on the create button
The catalog will be created

How to create a Service Request from the Service Portal:
Log in to https://itsm.pelatis.co/site/csm
Click on the Service Request option
Select the item you would like to raise a request for
Fill in the mandatory details required
Click submit – Service Request will be created for fulfillment

As you click on the Service Request option, a list of Popular items will appear. The user can select any popular item or navigate through other items listed under different categories.

The Request form will appear

A Service Request is created as the user fills in the mandatory details and clicks on 'Submit'
