Problem Management

Problem Management in IT Service Management (ITSM) is the process responsible for managing the lifecycle of all problems that occur or could occur in an IT environment. Its main goal is to identify and eliminate the root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.

How to create a Problem record:

  1. Navigate to the Problem application in the left navigation

  2. Click on 'Create' Problem

  3. Fill the form and click on the create button

  4. A problem record will be created
